About Haven Liora

Haven Liora is a handmade goods business based in Texas.

Our products are created in small quantities and may include handmade, customized, personalized, and made-to-order pieces.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in stitching, quilting, fabric placement, color, and finished measurements may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not necessarily defects.

Products & Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.

Because fabrics, screens, lighting, and devices can vary, actual colors may appear slightly different from photographs depending on your device or display settings.

Fabric availability may change. If a particular fabric or material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Haven Liora may contact the customer regarding available alternatives or an appropriate resolution.

Custom Orders

Certain products may be customized according to information provided by the customer.

For custom Bible covers, customers are responsible for providing accurate Bible measurements and personalization information.

Haven Liora is not responsible for an improper fit resulting from measurements supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Please carefully review all measurements and personalization details before submitting an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Haven Liora website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and its available payment providers.

Orders

Haven Liora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If Haven Liora cancels an order and payment has already been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Handmade Variations

Every Haven Liora piece is handmade.

Small differences in stitching, quilting, fabric placement, embroidery, dimensions, or appearance may occur from one piece to another.

These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the intended use of the product.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Haven Liora sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Because handmade and custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted.

Shipping

Custom orders typically ship within two weeks of purchase, unless a different processing timeframe is stated on the product page.

Shipping times after an order has been shipped depend on the carrier and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Customer-Submitted Content
